Wholesale Policies

NOTE:  Listing our candles on Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, Craiglist, etc., is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to contact such third party sites and remove any Timber Oak Candles LLC listings.

Shipping: Our soy candles are made to order and usually ship within 2-3 week after payment is received. There is Rush available for a 10% fee. We may charge exact shipping rates.

Cancellation: Cancellations have to be made within 3 days of placing order. Private label orders can not be canceled.  Please check your order for accuracy before placing it.

Defective Products: Defective soy candles will be refunded or replaced if reported within 30 days of receipt. Receipt must accompany return.  No exceptions.

Candle Samples: Sample may be ordered at a discounted rate. Email us at timberoakcandles@gmail.com to order.

Exclusivity: Timber Oak Candles LLC determines exclusivity based on you location along with other criteria, such as, but not limited to, demographic, number of potential target market, quarterly to annual purchase history, etc. We use Zip code exclusivity as a guide. However, we reserve the right to have no exclusivity access at any time, especially those businesses that operate online, through catalog or franchise stores. To maintain exclusivity in your area, ordering every 90 days is required (once per season).

Images and Text: As a wholesale partner, you may use any images, pictures, or text from candlebarnco.com as part of your marketing of Timber Oak Candles LLC products only. Stock photos are available. 

Eligibility: Timber Oak Candles LLC is a wholesale company so by ordering you certify that you are a business recognized at the federal and state level to make tax-exempt purchases for the purpose of resale. We require a copy of your current TIN#.

Timber Oak Candles LLC reserves the right to terminate any wholesale member if we feel any of the above policies have been violated.
