Shipping policy

Currently shipping times vary depending on whether the order is Retail or Wholesale. Products are hand poured so they need 5 to 10 days to complete unless otherwise noted. Custom items as well as Wholesale order may take longer.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Timber Oak Candles LLC uses USPS First Class Mail shipping for Domestic Shipping under one pound. The Domestic Shipping fee includes USPS Tracking. First Class mail typically takes 3-5 Business Days and Priority Mail typically takes 2-3 days or sometimes longer if there are delays at the post office or sorting facility. Timber Oak Candles LLC is not responsible for shipping delays and do not guarantee shipping times, which often times fluctuate during holidays.

LOST PACKAGES:
We ship packages with delivery confirmation and tracking. Once a package is marked "delivered," Timber Oak Candles LLC is not responsible for missing packages due to theft or postal error. If you have not received a package marked "delivered," please check with your local post office.

RUSHES:
This means your order will move to the front of our existing work queue. We do our best to start orders quickly, but totally understand if you have a special day in mind to receive your package (e.g. baby showers, birthdays, etc.). This is only acceptable if you have made us aware of your NEED BY date at the time you order.
